Bridal Party Training

I’ve experienced my own wedding to my gorgeous wife Sarah in December 2010. I’m glad that we both put the time and effort into being in great shape for our wedding day. The memories of your wedding day last forever, but remember so do the pictures!

I have had the pleasure of helping brides and grooms (and bridal parties and parents of the bride and groom) get ready for their big day. It’s amazing with a little bit of exercise and watching what we eat the results that can be gained.

There are many options that a bride and groom can choose to get ready for their big day. I have found the best results come from a variety of Personal Training, Private Group Training, Boot Camp and/or Boxing. I provide a training plan and if desired an at home or gym workout that you can do outside of our sessions together.

The key is to set yourself a goal and start working towards them at least 6 months prior to your wedding date. Be consistent with your training and nutrition and you will achieve what you want. You can cut it closer to your wedding day, however having experienced a wedding myself it pays to start earlier. I’m sure glad we did.
