Boot Camp / Circuit
Looking for a fun and dynamic way to work out? Boot camp may be the answer for
you.
Normally session’s focus on four key area’s; your upper and lower body, core and
cardio. Within these key area’s we use a variety of equipment and movements to give
your body a well balanced workout. The sessions are designed in a way that from
workout to work out your muscles are challenged from different angles. Physically
and mentally your body and mind is adapting constantly to each new workout.
Whether you are a beginner or more advanced wit your training I cater for all fitness
levels and provide all the equipment. Therefore you don’t have to buy and bring
any dumbbells or barbells etc. All you bring is a towel, a drink bottle and the
desire to have a go and work towards your goals.
Boot camp is run in 4 week blocks. You can choose from either morning or evening
sessions, indoors and outdoors (weather & daylight permitting).
Boot camp sessions can be attended casually or purchased in 4 week blocks. Costs
vary depending on how many sessions you attend each week. For current pricing contact Matt.

Thump Boxing for Fitness
Beware these sessions can get addictive!
Boxing for fitness is an amazing way of accelerating your way towards your goals.
Not to mention the therapy that boxing can provide in the release of tension and
stress that sometimes builds up in our daily lives.
Boxing works almost every muscle from the top of your head right down to your little
toe. Sessions are designed in a way that beginners can workout at the same time
as someone who has a little more experience in boxing for fitness sessions.
We start with the basics of focus pad holding, jabs, crosses and ducks. From there
we build on your repertoire of punches also incorporating some basic kick boxing
movements. Add in various body weight resistance exercises, and some cardiovascular
activities and you have one great calorie burning workout.
Thump boxing for fitness sessions can be attended casually or purchased in 4 week

Tabata Training
Your fitness will never be the same!
Tabata training was developed in Japan by Dr Izumi Tabata. Using the Interval Training
principles of “Work” and “Rest” these sessions are aimed at increasing your fitness;
both aerobically and anaerobically. Utilising four minute rounds within which 8
mini rounds of 20 seconds work, followed by 10 seconds recovery. Tabata sessions
are designed around using your bodies major muscle groups. These sessions are traditionally
more cardiovascular based using running and boxing style sessions. However they
can also be adapted to resistance training sessions utilising Barbells, Dumbells,
Kettlebells, and/or just Bodyweight exercises. Tabata workouts are like no other
workout you have experienced before going against the grain of traditional weights
and cardiovascular training. My Tabata sessions are a mixture of cardiovascular
and resistance training.
Tabata training sessions can be attended casually or purchased in 4 week blocks.
Costs vary depending on how many sessions you attend each week. For current pricing

Metafit
The workout that keeps on working
Created by a former Royal Marine Commando Metafit™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism on fire!
HIIT is an acronym for High Intensity Interval Training – this type of training involves intervals of short-burst high-intensity activity
interspersed by recovery that aims to improve aerobic fitness. Because intensity is high, the duration of the session is short – any longer than 30 minutes and
it’s not a HIIT workout. Metafit™ workouts are based on the HIIT principle that results in an efficient and effective form of exercise.
The exercises performed in a metafit session can be regressed or progressed to suit all fitness levels and abilities. Everyone is different and has
their own strengths and weaknesses – you work to your maximum and the metafit™ coach will ensure you are doing the exercise at a level that is appropriate for you.
Metafit sessions can be attended casually or purchased in 4 week blocks. Costs vary depending on how many sessions you attend each week. For current pricing

Metapwr
Metafit meets boot camp!!!
From the Royal Marine commando that brought us Metafit comes Metapwr.
Utilising a variety of equipment including power bags, slam/dead balls, battle ropes and kettlebells.
Throw in some body weight moves that you are drawn from the popular Metafit program and you have one very solid 30 minute workout.
The main difference between Metafit and Metapwr is that Metapwr is more strength based utilising equipment.
But just like Metafit, the movements can be modified to suit a variety of fitness levels.
Metapwr sessions can be attended casually or purchased in 4 week blocks. Costs vary depending on how many sessions you attend each week.

MetaPro PRO12
Ultra high intensity 12-minute workouts that will push your clients to their absolute max.
The Pro12 workouts are the closest you’ll get to true HiiT training.
From the first second of the workout (after a solid warm up) you go for it.
Push yourself as hard as you can for as long as you can and modify as needed.
With these workouts you are in and out in around 20 minutes.
Warm up, workout & cool down.
Well the cool down may take a little while after the sessions but that is the idea behind HiiT training.
If you want to check a Pro12 workout out for yourself check out our current timetable and get in touch with Matt.
