Running Group
Returning in 2020 - in the meantime contact Matt for some alternative training options to enhance your running.
Whether you are a regular runner or beginner who just wants to get into running
and maybe would like to complete their first fun run in the future my running group
caters for you. Here is what a couple of participants have to say about running

Elevate your Life’s running group runs in 8-12 week blocks.
Sessions are 45 minutes in length and are run from a variety of locations in and around the Croydon, Lilydale, Kilsyth and Mount Evelyn area.
